Join us for an insightful session on “Caring for Your Loved One: Challenges and Solutions” with Najat Mukhtar. This event is organized by the Abdul Mageed Educational Trust in collaboration with the City of Westminster Healthy Communities Fund. It is part of the Vibrant and Healthy Community Hub/Peer Support Café series. It will occur at Grosvenor Hall on Vincent Street in Pimlico, London.

Najat Mukhtar will discuss the various challenges caregivers face, including emotional stress, physical demands, and balancing personal and caregiving responsibilities. The session will also offer practical solutions and strategies to help manage these challenges effectively, providing support and resources for those caring for loved ones.
