Disease, Your amazing body and how vaccines work

Join us for an enlightening and educational event, “Disease, Your Amazing Body, and How Vaccines Work,” hosted by renowned journalist Emma Raworth. The Abdul Mageed Educational Trust, in collaboration with the City of Westminster Healthy Communities Fund, is organizing this event as part of the Vibrant and Healthy Community Hub/Peer Support Café series.

Held at Grosvenor Hall on Vincent Street in Pimlico, London, this event will provide valuable insights into various diseases, their causes, and how they affect the human body. Participants will explore the incredible functions and resilience of the human body and gain a deeper understanding of how vaccines work, their development, and their crucial role in preventing diseases.

Grosvenor Hall is easily accessible via Pimlico, Victoria, and Vauxhall tube stations and by bus routes 2, 36, 88, 185, and C10, with the nearest bus stop at Page Street. Light refreshments and snacks will ensure all attendees have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
